Ok, this isnt a story, its more of a factfile.
The Rolfano Empire is an extremely advanced civiliztion, so advanced it made its own miature universe
to study.
Their current date is 3,596,045 cycle 4.Every cycle lasts 875,000,000 years, so that puts their total civilization age at 3,503,596,045.
Their civilization did not evolve, as they were created by a group of willing volunteers who went down to their homeworld, Rolfon, and colinized it but used no tecnology and kept the fact that there is life out there secret from them.After 5,000 years, the people of the planet came togther under the name "Rolfano Empire".This was remarkebly quick, as the humans on Earth still havn't managed this.Over 100 years, they advanced forwards in technology 5x faster than any planet with its governments un-united would ever achieve, allowing them warp technology at just 20 years after they united.
After 5,000 years, they started to experiment with hyperspace travel, and at the year 10,310 they achieved hyperspace travel.At this point, they were dissapointed to how deprived of life the Milky Way was, so they embarked on a project called "Galaxy Life".This prject included creating their own microbes in labs, and then dispersing them throughout the galaxy.They also began sending of people to start civilizations, the same way as they were created.After 1 million years, due to gentic modification and accelerated evolution of the life forms they created, the galaxy was teaming with life.
Their Biology is almost exactly the same as that of humans on Earth, exept they are typically stronger and have more complex brains.It is said that they might be responsible for life on Earth.
They have created a breed of warriors, based on humans, but genetically altered.They are currently 100x stronger than a human being can physically get, and think, move and react 10x faster than a human being.They Also have a huge regeneration ability, allowing them to have their head shot off, and then still regrow it with all memorys and knowledge they had before.They also cannot disobey orders from their commanders, due to the fact that they cannot even think about doing it, and cannot do it without thinking as well.They also cannot feel pain or fear.They are known as Shock Troopers.
The largest war they ever fought was against the Actios Union, which lasted 420 years.Whichever side lost this war was doomed to extinction, which they delivered to the Actios.120 Billion people died from the Union, which had a low population because they tend to declare war on anyone they meet, meaning they are always losing population due to war.The Rolfano Empire was nearly wiped out itself, as the planet Earth was destroyed (Not THAT Earth).
It had been a stronhold for their empire.After defeating the Actios war fleet, they launched an offensive of 800,000,000 ships against their enemies homeworld, and after a long batlle in which 2,240,000 were destroyed from their empire, they Destroyed their enemies homeworld by buring away the surface of the planet, but not the atmosphere leaving a large ball of magma floating in the sky.
Their current population numbers i the millions of trillions, and they inhabit a quarter of the galaxy, and hide it with a giant cloaking device, about the size of a mouse.They can travel across the universe in less than a second, and their biggest ship is the size of 5 solar systems end to end, with a crew compliment of 5 billion men which is agreed by many to be an insane amount of crewman for any kind of ship.
They have been a republic for 300 years, as thier last monarch died without any children.Ever since, they have been looking for their long-lost monarch across the universe, as they know one monarch once went down to an unkown planet and started a second family.
